During the consideration of an extension of the operating lease of the Lake Parramatta Reserve Kiosk, the new majority on Parramatta City Council changed how its under-performing assets will be conducted in the future. The new lease will be for up to two years which includes two half year options to the current operator. "Along with the rest of the market, the existing operator is welcome to submit proposals on how we can have a top class cafe, restaurant, corporate standard meeting rooms and function space operating day and night. We want to achieve a shining example which everyone can be proud of," said Clr Lim.
