By ABC24 News, 21 February 2011 News Report: New South Wales Premier, Kristina Keneally has signed an agreement with the Federal Government providing $2.1 billion to build the Epping to Parramatta rail link. Federal Infrastructure Minister Anthony Albanese says the project represents a big step toward ensuring that Parramatta will become Sydney's second CBD. Ms Keneally says the only threat to the project proceeding is the potential election of an O'Farrell Government.
